Spacehey going invite-only? Here's what I think about this

Spacehey is becoming invite only, and to be fair, I think it may, to some extent, fix the bot problem that is becoming more and more evident as time passes. But the bot accounts that are already created need to be deleted and / or IP banned (if there's a moderation tool for that.) 
Also we need to create some safety measures so that bots cant create accounts when invite-only period has passed. 

Genuinely, I think Spacehey becoming invite-only is for the better, if An and moderation team is going to do something about the bots and whatnot

The other problem that I didn't talk about in this blog are p3dos, but that's a topic for a whole another blog. Long story short, we should create reporting mechanisms/systems so that we can report messages/accounts to the moderation team and let the moderation team deal with them. But that also means expanding the moderation team.
