Follow up in 2 months

I told her abt the self harm and the voices and everything and even showed her some of my blogs

She was pretty understanding and said she wanted to monitor the self harm and said that the voices were most likely apart of my split identities and how their taking shape more throughly now sense i have a harder time deciphering my thoughts

Shes happy im getting back into poetry and blogging about my stuff though is concerned that it might be weighing me down a bit slightly as i tend to swamp in these blogs tho it helps

Im luckily not getting sent off or a higher doseage shes going keep me on 10mg lexapro till the therapy starts to take effect more

She said that im showing alot of spikes between psychotic and neurotic though is tending to lean torwards neurotic at the moment due to me still being able to function through daily events

Anyway the king lives another day take that haters🤣🤣🤣✌️✌️✌️🫱🫱🫱
