What could this possibly mean?

So i had a dream i was at an old country half run down restaurant with my family and there were other people there. Some other family was busy filming a movie or something. I then got up and went to 3 other people,,, one emo, one basic and one trad goth and we threw those gaint red bouncy workout balls to eachother. Then another guy came along who looked like Kutner from house md. The mamager also came to kick him out. He started telling a sob story about how his dad (he looked like that one emo guy that sung IronMouses song outside woth the spiky hair) was kicking him out and how he begged to stay,,,then he passed out and broke his arm,throwing up blood. The dad called paramedics and then i woke up.
