I am only 14 years old and I'm very skinny. I eat plenty and my dad is obsessed with wellness so I eat stuff like chicken for dinner very frequently. its very hard for me to gain weight and i am super insecure. I try to work out and eat more to gain weight but i STRUGGLE with discipline. I always think I'm going to be able to get into a new healthy routine of eating lots of protein and lifting but that only lasts for about a week. can somebody give me any tips to maintain this?
why i have such a hard time improving myself (can someone help)

hey babes ur beautiful okay? I know how it feels to try and gain but can’t it’s the same with me and what I do is I eat things that have high calories two times a day but don’t eat it too much! and don’t workout you’re just getting skinner by walking! and honestly I’m struggling but now it’s I can’t lose weight and u can talk to me!! just don’t strve okay. you’re beautiful 🤍
