okay so some people can hit puberty as early as 9
puberty is from 9-17 basically.
so pubescent humans would be CHILDREN. wait let me rephrase that
PUBESCENT=GROWING CHILDREN
uhm so basically what this guy is saying if i translate it for people with the intelligence of a five year old

This is giving me flash backs to like every news headline ever. Anytime something as egregious as sa towards a child happens they always use shit like 'underage woman' but that' a whole different topic >> in the same sense though trying to normalise their degeneracy.
