I wanna start a band :/

For a few years ive been wanting to be in a band but its really hard because not alot of my friends play instruments and the ones thag do don't share the same music tase as me so we can't really agree on what genre to play, and i don't go out much so my chances of meeting new people are slim💔 

I could try online but i feel that would just complicate things because first of all it would be very hard to practice properly and let alone play together, and second my parents would kill me if they found out i have social media and have been talking to strangers.
