Religion class in Romania is insane

For context: in our country religion (Orthodox) is a standalone school subject just like math, history etc. The only difference is that since 2015 it's an opt-in subject (before it was opt-out). Still, until you turn 18 your parents get to decide if you go or not. Wait, you're not 18 yet but you still don't want to be brainwashed 1h/week just because your parents decided so? F**k you.

Anyway, in religion class, students are taught that using contraceptives is a serious violation of one of the commandments in the Bible. Same applys for: prostitution, lust, homosexuality, divorce etc. 

In a nutshell, the educational system is teaching kids and teenagers medieval grade sexual education, in the country with the highest minor pregnancy rates in the EU. We're also taught that divorces are bad and misogyny is normal even though have very high numbers of domestic violence, rapes and women getting killed by their partners. Also our country is very discriminatory towards sexual minorities to the point where same sex couples can't even legally marry.

Eh, at least this guy gets to ride in a brand new Mercedes...
