like i keep reminding myself of what im made of and it makes me want to skin myself, i literaly notice every joint and i feel my heart beating. im writing ts cuz i have like 5 mins on the school computer so im not goig into much detail but if you understand whan im talking about plz teel me,i need to know that im not going insane
do you guys also randomly feel ur organs moving around??

sometimes i also feel my organs moving. it's scary. you don't understand, it doesn't mean anything or it's bad. yesterday i was lying in bed on my left side. on my right side i felt some pain and it was an unpleasant feeling. i immediately lay down on my back hahaha
