Finished DMC5

oh my god.... I was such a mush after I finished this game. Seeing Dante and Vergil smiling at each other fighting as brothers made me so happy. Vergil has developed so much, although he'll never be able to atone for what he's done he can still change for the better. Seeing that happen made me so so happy. And that's also why I didn't rlly like the special edition ending, ik Vergil is an asshole but it felt like the writers haven't completely decided on how Vergil feels about Nero. In the base game he's pretty soft when referring and speaking to Nero. In the special edition he seems a bit more harsh, but that might just be him having his walls up again. 

Oh Nero my sweet boy, you deserve the world and much more, VERGIL BE DAMNED! UGHHH THE ENDING SCENE HURT SO BAD, seeing Nero panic because he just found out he has a family and now they're leaving. At least he has his fathers heart (V's book) to hold onto till they get back. Vergil you're lucky as hell Nero is ur son cuz let it be anyone else and your ass WOULD NOT get a second chance. Nero was raised by good people and I'm highkey glad he wasn't raised by either of  the twins because he would've turned out real bad. 

Dante you hurt me so much. Dante is my favorite and I feel like this game did a good job at nudging the player that, hey this guy is depressed just to let you know! Ofc if u not new to the series you would know that already. I felt like his depression is pretty apparent in this game. The part that hurts the most is that he left a letter to Morrison to give to Nero because he didn't think he'd make it this time.....UGHHHHHHHH MY HEART. I like agnst....next game I want to see more of this because I swear there's still people out here thinking Dante is just some happy-go-lucky guy. Get ur reddit "wacky woohoo pizza man" OUTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT I DONT WANNA HEAR IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish we had more uncle and nephew moments like in DMC4, I saw someone say Dante would rather have Nero hate him than grieve him if he died fighting Urizen and I think about that a lot...Dante is very special to me. HE'S MY FAVORITE
