my best advice is to wear yourself out until you pass out, and boom, you feel nothing for at least 8 hours >:)

Period cramps don't let me sleep cuz they're BAD but now, a few days in, I'm doing pretty good. The cramps are almost non existant now!!! So yeah, just first 2 days are the WORST for me!!
