Why does everyone at my school is so fucking mean oh my god.
I know that as an alt person in a pretty small town, this shouldn't impress me at all but do you really have to BARK at me....
I'm saying 'as an alt person' but the thing is that i don't even wear outfits that crazy, its actually so weird how they see anyone that's slightly different and lose their minds.
And im not even talking about being alt or being made fun of, in general they'll call you ugly, dumb, the r word, etc
Now that we're in a similar topic, why is ableism, homophobia and jokes about the dictator(in my country we had a dictator a few decades ago) so normalized T-T? Like yeah sorry but i don't find funny you doing the fucking nazi salute people are dying jeremy

LITERALLY. middle school kids are so immature and rude. im not alt. however, i live in a small southern town where everyone is country and likes country music and “normal shows” and almost all are homophobic. yes i am a christian white girl, however, i watch anime which isnt considered “normal” where i live, i listen to anything i think is good (i hate country music btw), and so many of my friends are part of the LGBTQ+ community.
as a christian, we are supposed to love everyone, regardless of religion/race/sexuality/gender identity/interests/etc. so why is every christian at my school so hateful?
outside of religion, most middle schoolers are projecting their self-hate onto everyone else, especially since being a teenager is hard. i understand that, im literally one of them, but being rude isn’t a way to handle it.

its soo normalized too. I’m considered a ‘weird’ (more nerdy tbh) kid at my high school and thankfully I don’t get the comments as much- however, no Phil, I DON’T care if your friend ‘likes’ me I wasn’t born yesterday…

I blame social media, cuz thats how cringe culture could ever develope. now everyones scared of being cringe and outcast, so they LITERALLY BARK at things different. i want social media gone.
Yeah. I mean, social media has its perks, but with the hurt they're doing, it's really not worth it. I totally agree, now thanks to social media everyone is the same and brainwashed to think that anything different should be dead or dying.

Being called a pokemon is a part of the fun. I don't care about these types of people because i see them as a mindess mob, buying the newest tiktok fashion, the same model of shoes as everyone else, that same fuckass haircut. I'm not alt enough to experience this, but just know that your fit is probably fire when they call you a pokemon.
I love that mindset dude!!! I should start thinking like that lmaoo. but i know what you mean, at the end of the day a big part of being alt is just making ppl mad ROFL also ty for the compliment!!
