I'm new to this whole blogging thing. It's been something I've considered doing in the past but honestly never knew what "blogging" truly entailed. I still don't. In movies and shows I've always seen people blog and treat it as some sort of diary or journal, but rather than it being for oneself, it's shared with the world. That's a lot of pressure on one's shoulders when you think about it. How does one know that what they have to write about is even of interest to others? How does one know that their blog will do well and actually attract an audience? They probably don't, and i'd imagine, they just take some leap of faith and just hope for the best. And if not? Well they can just up and leave it, never lifting a finger to type for it again, never having to click "post" on their blog again. Just leaving it there for the inter-webs to hold onto for possible all eternity. (Which makes me wonder, if there still lingers old blogs from the early Internet days of the 90's just sitting collecting "dust".)
Either way, I guess I'm taking that leap of faith, putting pen to paper (or in this case, fingers to keyboard) and just putting whatever comes to mind out there. Having no rhyme or reason, just ramblings, and hoping they stick, or resonate with someone out there, or at the very least make them think I guess..
If you made it to the end, thanks for giving my first posting a read. <3
(And if you didn't then, well,...you didn't. And that's ok too.)
