Can health nuts help a girl out?

I've been unhealthy for quite some time. After my long-time bf broke up with me, I knew I needed to change. I am trying to be a health nut! When I was younger, I did what every young girl does to lose weight: I starved. Now that I am more mature, I know that there are better ways to lose weight that aren't damaging. Don't get me wrong, I'm not overweight or anything. I just don't have the ideal body that I wish to have. I have started a food journal and have been eating better, but I am struggling to find the motivation to work out. I really want to, I just don't have the energy. Does anyone have any suggestions?
