Tongue piercing

I got my tongue piercing almost 4 months ago and I wanna share my experience with y’all, so keep reading if you’re planning on getting one!

Everyone on social media will tell you that getting it won’t hurt at all, and for some it might not!….but for me it was like a 9.5/10 on a pain scale. Really bad.

The needle going through my tongue and getting the jewelry put in hurt like absolute hell. Just being honest:p

But after about 15 seconds the pain was completely gone and never came back either.

It took some time getting used to the piercing, of course. The bar might not look big but trust me it is lol

I couldn’t really eat, drink or speak for 3 days but then it started getting better. I didn’t feel any pain during the healing process, it was just uncomfortable. 

The muscles in tongue were sore for about 1 month and my tongue was swollen for about the same time. 

Some heal faster, some slower. For some it doesn’t hurt at all, for some it does. It varies from person to person.

If you really want a tongue piercing GET ITTT trust me it’s worth it.
