I think if technology stopped advancing after 2008 we'd be in a more liveable society.

People say that all the time and they joke but I totally believe that.

Nostalgia is very important to me.

It's this deep feeling within my soul that I can feel in the marrow of my bones. 

It's like parting with a lucid dream. 

A fond memory. 

A past life. 

It's this melancholic kind of beauty that I can't describe. 

Like look out a window on the distant sunset of a vacation. 

The feeling of lips being pulled away from a kiss. 

Of looking out over a vast field of grass with nothing but wind in your ears and the smell of rain to come. 

The moon slipping behind clouds. 

I wish to go back but then it wouldn't be me, would it?

I can see myself through a mirror, but I am not me then. 

This is how it is, and that's okay.
