first blog current thoughts (huge rant)

yo is it just me or should white dudes shut up. HEAR ME OUT not as in keeping their interests and emotions to themselves but like politics and personal advice. 

maybe its cuz i live in the south or that old white men have notoriously been the worst of human kind but i just dont think they can really add any nuisance to a lot of situations, mainly because they dont really experience any type of systemic oppression, or really any oppression. unless theyre like lgbtq or sum. i love my white friends alr its just that sometimes i cant handle to hear their opinions because it makes me feel othered or like most situations go over their heads because they dont know what its like, but theyre trying to understand which is nice. however i think white dudes should practice being understanding instead of trying to understand. because theres simply some things they will never comprehend. even when they try to relate to a story about a minority and something bad they mightve experienced, relating to the story is a kind of way to interact, but they cant relate so they try to grasp a situation they think might be similar but it's completely off the mark.

 i appreciate the effort and it does show how much weve moved forward but sometimes it does still feel like the white option and view is taken more serious or listened to more than anyone elses. especially when it comes to current issues and media its filled with white dudes tryna give their thoughts or spread the word WHICH IS GREAT DONT GET ME WRONG, its just coming from the wrong people. but im also conflicted because they are a lot safer giving these options than people of color so maybe its for the best? 

i feel like this has been so heavily on my mind right now because im starting to accept myself being black but very racially ambiguous, and i yearn to be around other poc people with similar interests but their just isnt many where i live and its made be realize i dont have many people to talk to and made me feel much more like am outcast among other outcasts yk.
