If you have Tmj pain, popping, tightness. This is what I do to help mine.
Go to YouTube and search "adams fields tmj exercises" do these videos like twice a day. Also work on your neck and back posture since it's all connected.
(The pain may get worse before it gets better, you may be sore)
For pain, use tigar balm, red or the ultra strength tin if the pain is bad. Put it next to your ear between your jaw and cheek bone. I like to use it after following the videos since I get a bit tight. Along with any other pain pill.
(Ps. I'm not saying this is an 100% fix. But this is what has been helping me tremendously.)
