HOW TO POST PICTURES TO BULLETINS TUTORIAL
1. Go to imgbb.com
2. Upload the pics you want to post.
3. When it has a embed codes drop down list, click html full linked
4.Copy that code
5. When making a bulletin, it'll have two arrows going different ways, click that.
6. Paste the code
7. Click the eye so it shows the arrows again.
Done. Picture should be showing up
