i'm relatively new too but i think there isn't really any rules!! people just post blogs for pretty much everything even if it's just like their mood or one sentence lol
another trend ive also noticed is people will keep a collection of 'blinkies' and 'stamps' in their profiles! your profile is so pretty btw!
