Yo wassup
March 3rd 2026 there will be a lunar eclipse. Also known as a blood moon, which means the moon will be tinted a very vivid red. It happens because the earth passes through the moon and the sun, so that reddish tint you're seeing is actually Earth's shadow.
Since the moon is pretty fucking big, you won't really need any special equipment to see it. For a better viewing experience, find a darker place to watch it and bring binoculars, but that's optional.
The FULL eclipse will be visible in some places in eastern Europe, Asia, Australia, North America, South America, Pacific, Atlantic, Indian Ocean, Arctic and Antarctica. It will vary depending on the hour and where you're at, so i'd say to check your location beforehand on the internet to see if you're on the path at the right hour. It'll begin around 8:44 pm UTC ish
Good luck.
