I applied for the assistant general manager position for my job but I honestly don't even want it I'm just doing it so I can stay at that store or else I'm getting transferred to a different store:<

I have the skills and the resume for it I just don't really want it and it's not even that good but pay raise it's a $2 pay raise and you have to do so much more.

And the reason I'd be getting transferred is because that store needs more reps but it's farther than my house and it's a lot slower so I wouldn't even be making good money even though I'm making a higher percentage per customer.
