– daily care routines and shower routines – drink lots of water and eat lots of healthy stuff – improve posture by core or shoulder work – manage stress and mental health – if you have acne/pimples dont pop them, ice them and use pimple patches, dont touch youre face and replace pillows and bedding
if you want a better outcome its good to stay away from overly sugary or greasy foods/drinks, foods with alot of sodium in them or lots of alchohol.
