MOSHPITS AND BLOOD (28-2-26)

GOODMORNING EVERYBODY!!!! 

i slept fucking amazing, had a full dream about meeting the band i saw yesterday and like we had a whole conversation, it was so nice :)

ALSO, about yesterday, i bought tickets to see Bony Macaroni (fucking awesome band btw, you guys should check them out!!) and so we went to this nearby city. took 3 fucking buses to get there, but we made it in the end. 

so we get there, and usually ppl scan your tickets at the entrance of the venue, but not here. we could just walk in and i was like???? i felt so out of place, as if i wasnt allowed to be there or smth. idk. we go to our locker, dump our stuff, and head to the power stage (the place where the show was taking place), we get our tickets scanned, blah blah blah. 

i'm there with my mom, my best friend, and her partner. it was just all this punk/rock/emo music which was just fucking awesome. then, the band enters the stage. im fuckign excited at this point, cuz i rlly love that guy's voice and their songs. so im just standing there. and a moshpit starts. like, ive always wanted to join a moshpit, cuz it seemed like sm fun, but like, also scary, so i never did it. but this time, i was like 'my mom's here, we are 20 mins away from home, its gonna be fine', so i joined. it was so fucking fun!!! the most fun ive ever had at a show. i two-stepped (or tried to, at least) and jumped around, and moshed, it was awesome!!!! i did fall down once, but everyone helped me up, and i didnt feel a thing! it did leave a nasty bruise though, on my elbow, my leg, and my hand for some reason? but it doesnt hurt so :D

so after a while, the band leaves again, announces they have a 2nd set later on. i was like 'this is my time to get merch', so i bought a t-shirt and their cd. only 40 euros total. i put everything in my locker, cuz i rlly liked the shirt i was wearing and didnt want to cover it.

the band gets on stage for the 2nd time, right? moshpit starts again, but i notice there are a lot more big men in there. me, being like 5'4 and not too strong/sturdy, i was like 'i dont think im gonna mosh rn, cuz big men'. fair reasoning. anyways, 8 minutes later, i was moshing again. everything went well. the song ended, i left to go to my mom again, just talk a little bit, as one does.

THEN i join again. fucking awesome time. im getting thrown around, it's great. but then. i look up in front of me. and what do i see? a fucking beast of a man heading towards me, head first, right into my face. it was like the kind of blow where you kind of feel nothing for a while. you see everything, nothings wrong, but its just not processing for you what happened. so i stand still, ppl rushing towards me, asking/telling me i'm okay. but i could feel, my nose was about to bleed, so i started feeling if there was blood. there was none (YET), so ppl were like 'no youre not bleeding, youre fine'. but i could feel i was going to. so i left to see my mom. she fixed my bloody nose, and we went to the bathroom to wipe off the excess blood. of course we tested to see if i had a concussion, and all the signs basically said no, so yay me :D

my nose piercing is all irritated now though :( and my nose is swollen, so i look like fucking squidward (okay thats dramatic, i just look slightly different). my nose is still straight though, so im sure i didnt break it like that.

after that, i wanted to get back in there to enjoy the music, but i was scared that i would headbang or jump around too intense and give myself a concussion after all, so we ended up just sitting outside, waiting for our uber.

this was the best show i've ever fucking experienced!! i dmed the band, saying like 'i loved the show, got a nosebleed in my first moshpit, but your music was the best circumstance for that to happen' and they responded to me like 'ohh thank you so muchhh!!!' my mom insisted i asked them to check out my music, which i did in a casual way, im not expecting a response though.

also, im seeing them again next friday FOR FREE!!!!! i fucking love this band, it's gonna be my 3rd time seeing them in 3 weeks. i feel like a fucking groupie or smth but they keep playing near me for cheap, so i kind of HAVE to get tickets

anyways, that was my night. i'm left with neckpain cuz of the headbanging, but it was totally worth it!!!!

i have to do sum homework today, so im gonna lock in
