Adopt Me addiction HELP!

I used to play Adopt Me a lot when I was younger, and about a month ago, I decided to get back into playing the game since one of my friends was playing it as well, and now I CAN'T STOP!

At first, it was just a hobby, but now it's genuinely starting to become a problem! There have been multiple times where I have legitimately CRIED over getting commons while opening eggs, and I have spent close to 200 hours on Adopt Me over the span of just a month! I think about Adopt Me every waking moment of my life, and I have had multiple dreams about Adopt Me! I've even surpassed how much my friend who's gotten me back into the game plays, and now I don't know how to stop. I can't stop gambling on this stupid game for 8-year-olds!! PLEASE HELP ME!
