Hello guyss! I've been gone for a while, sorry about that, senior year is beating my ass. I wanted to tell you guys that I'm starting a soft 50 which is a health and fitness journey that goes on for 50 days. If anyone wants to join I'll put some of the rules that I have for myself. This will not only be for losing weight but its also so I can fight against wanting to relapse into my ED again. I haven't worked out in the fear that I'll fall back into old habits but I want to give it another try.
- read a physical book for 15 minutes everyday
- mandatory 30 minute workout on weekdays
- only drink water
- eat candy/desserts only during social events
- eat 2 fruits/vegetables everyday
- do yoga once per week
