people who know how to code on neocities and nekoweb...please help me🥲

So I want to try to make my own website just as a second site people can find me on and also a place where I can store my graphics(and maybe some other random stuff)but the problem is I just don't know how to start the code😅all I know how to do is add text,pictures and music(I think😐)but I just want to know how to make the whole page like the boxes with your information and the buttons that lead to different parts of the site.And this is for ether site( I might try both)but I just need a tiny bit of help maybe a little push,try to explain it to a person who is making their first website from scratch😅(basically me)

Also my web page is completely blank as paper so I have nothing :D
