the mortal kombat 2 movie trailer is out for an hour now and i am freaking out

NO CAUSE I WASNT GONNA WATCH IT AT FIRST BUT OH MY GOD. THE TRAILER LOOKS SO GOOD AND THE CGI HOLY SHITTT

LIU KANG LOOKS ABSOLUTWLY PERFECT DUDE AND THEY DIDNT EXCLUDE RAIDEN’S THUNDER GOD VERSION OUT OF THIS MOVIE AHHHH LIU IS A SHAOLIN MONK 🙏

and kung lao looks super cool too KITANA IS SUPER. ACCURATE and i love how noob saibot and scorpion looks and all of their powers/weapons/effects etc looks SO good

look at first i thought bald jade looked bad but i think it’s not a bad idea even if its not like game accurate but her weapon looks super cool and i love the glowy effects out of it and i also LOVE hoe they added iconic references to this movie so yaknow its gonna be fire

and johnny cage’s sentences in the trailer HELLO?? FIREEEE but like i think johnny cage doesn’t really look like the PERFECT casted actor but he’s supposed to be older in this movie kinda like mk11 so valid tbh but i think it would be nicer if they actually sticked to mk11’s older johnny cage but that means altering his personality which some fans would not like so maybe it was for the better

and as i LOVE going to the theatre and watching movies of stuff i like i feel like i WILL go watch this one okay. 2026/2027 is peak cause there’s so many cool stuff releasing tbh

oh i forgot to mention the scenery in this movie is also PERFECT. they absolutely nailed it and it looks very very game accurate and very very realistic, like the lightning and everything holy shit

one thing im curious about is mileena tho, she didn’t appear neither in the teaser or the official trailer so i feel that mileena really should be in this movie or it’ll feel kinda incomplete, also this MIGHT be based off mk11’s story based off how it looks so im pretty excited abt this OH MY GODDD I JUST REALIZED THAT BOTH BI HAN AND KUAI LIANG IS GONNA APPEAR WAIT THATS SO COOL WE’RE GETTING NOOB SAIBOT AND SUBZERO?? NO WAYYYYY 

also cause noob saibot’s effects looks AMAZING i love how his shadow looks exactly how it does in the games so they absolutely made this perfect. yea um .. compared to the other mk movies HHAHAH and um i also want kenshi to appear, if he doesn’t then im pretty sure its heavily based off mk11 which is a shame cause i’d love to see kenshi BONUS POINTS IF ITS NOAH FLEDER MY GOAT
