PSA: let’s not steal other people’s profiles and codes!!

I have had this happen MULTIPLE times at this point and it’s still weird. I have been learning html for awhile to improve my layout and code it myself, so to somehow take the entire code without even asking and use it on your own profile is odd (and it’s even more strange when you request me and then block me after taking my layout!) I try to make layouts when I have more free time why not use those or ask for one instead of mine???

It is not an odd thing to ask for a code or where a layout is from (assuming it’s pre made) but to copy it completely when someone has spent so much time coding it and PERSONALIZING the profile is in my opinion rude and lazy. There are pre made layout and tutorials all over the web so why not use those resources instead of code someone has spent their time working on? 

I enjoy coding a lot and I love to post layout/codes and if a person asks I’ll gladly share bits of code or code one from scratch with whatever they want (all I ask for is patience)! But having my entire layout ripped off is kind of entitled and a bit demoralizing I won’t lie. If have not posted a code it is because I made it for myself or a friend and I intended to keep it like that.

If I seem like I am being a dramatic, mean, or I am petty for it, maybe I am! I will continue to be petty and slightly frustrated over my personal profile I spent time on being taken, be original!! It’s much more enjoyable when your profile represents you, not a copy of someone else’s! Even if it’s something simple or using a base code. Like I said, it’s even ruder if you have the audacity to block me after taking my layout. I have always been willing to help so this is just unnecessary.

Am I vindictive? Possibly? I have no intention of being cruel, it’s just frustrating.
