I'm really trying to find good shopping places that are cheap but cute for Y2k clothing and purses. The thrift stores around me aren't that good and there isn't much to look for. Kinda upsetting but whatever

You could always try Amazon, eBay if want the old hot topic clothes, or the good old facebook market. There's website were you can get t shirts but it's just a matter of looking.
