I have Anxiety,depression so that's why i wanted to start this blog. I'm hoping that this will help others who also have anxiety and depression. I also want to state that therapy helps. I started learning more about both,and i noticed that they focus more on the what to do when you have a panic attacks,but they don't touch on relationships much. I want to shed light on how having Anxiety and depression effects your relationships with everyone in your life. doesn't matter if its romantic or family no one really talks about how it effects your whole thinking process. They talk about what to do when your having a panic attack, but they don't really touch on the why they focus more on the how can we fix this instead of why does this happen .I want to give people a space to vent and not feel so alone and to know that they aren't the only ones going through this.
