It's officially my birthday week! Despite my recent rant about all my birthday anxieties -- I actually really love my birthday. It's genuinely my favorite holiday (second only to Halloween). Call me narcissistic, but I love that there's a day dedicated entirely to me where I get to choose the aesthetic haha. I'm almost done rereading The Giver for my utopian/dystopian literature class. I remembered The Giver himself being way meaner than he actually is -- I have a few chapters left though, so maybe he crashes out later. I also just finished Madoka Magica and holy hell. Easily one of the best anime I've ever seen. I honestly wasn't super into it during the first few episodes, but by episode 10 I was locked in. Madoka and Homura are the definition of doomed yuri -- them and Togachako from MHA. Hope you guys are all doing well! I'm definitely feeling better compared to ...  uh. ... two days ago. I also just got a journal of 300 writing prompts from Walmart today and I'm super hype about it. I'll flip to a random page and leave you guys a prompt (I'll answer it too obviously... when I get there hehe): What place would you like to explore after it's closed for the day?
