Please Read Profiles Before You Add People!

i understand that a beautiful profile full of things you like is very tempting to add but i think a lot of people put themselves or others in uncomfortable situations by not reading someone's profile before adding them... 

i have stated very clearly that i don't want people under 17 to add me because i'm 20 years old and i don't feel comfortable associating with people that young in comparison to me. dispite this, i keep getting requests from 16yo's, 14  yo's, 13 yo's and such. not only do i think some of y'all youngins shouldn't be into more than half the things you're into (namely helluva boss and hazbin hotel, which i clearly am into as you can see from my profile), but you shouldn't be so willing to add people nearly twice your age (targetted to 13 year olds).

of course, i'm aware it's my own responsibility to weed through my notifications and decline requests from people in my DNI, but i also feel it's basic internet safety! while i'm not a predator or anything, i could be and minors have no business hanging out with adults anyway. at least not in fandoms such as viv's hellaverse, where the content is clearly made by and for other adults!

please take some time to read someone's profile before adding them! it might save you quite a bit of trouble later!
