I'm feeling a little disconnected. Maybe if we share our thoughts and feelings, we'll feel less alone and more validated? If you're reading this, would you like to share what's on your mind right now?
I'll start:
I'm feeling stressed and overwhelmed, like there's a ton of stuff I genuinely want to do but I also feel burned out and blocked up. What I really need is rest, instead of letting my mind spiral out to shame and guilt about not being productive.
I'm also a little depressed and sad.
It's easy to feel discouraged in this state of mind, like "my dreams are unattainable because I am lazy and unworthy."
Yeah, right.
I must keep in mind that my brain is lying to me, and that it's okay.
