QNA One First of the First
Hello cherished readers of the GummiLois blog! As I have promised, today is the start of the first QNA. I will be answering frequently asked questions as well as questions any of you may leave in the comment section of this blog.
So, starting off with question one!
Q: Why are you doing this?
A: Great question! I find Gummigoo and Lois's dynamic as a romantic couple amazing and pretty amusing. I've seen no other human being conceive the thought of these two characters being together before on the worldwide web, thus, I've decided to share it to the world of Spacehey.
Q: Will you be posting on other platforms like Tumblr?
A: Yes! Though for now I am exclusively on Spacehey. I want to build up a good chunk of GummiLois blog entries before branching out to other platforms. As for what sites I may be on other than Spacehey, I have not decided yet.
Q: Is Peter Griffin going to be an antagonist in any of the Volumes? Like a main villain?
A: Yes! Though things are subject to change of course. I have great plans for how future Volume's stories will play out. I've even started making character sheets for some of the characters that will appear in the story, however, the sheets will not be revealed until the end of the main series.
These are all of the frequently asked questions people have asked me in messages, again, if you wish to reach out to me in my messages, I will only respond to messages pertaining to the GummiLois blog or other important matters. So, if you have something to ask that you do not wish to be shown in this blog's comment section, send me a friend request! I will answer whatever question you have in store for me and your question may appear in the next FAQ of the next QNA.
Moving on from our FAQ, dear viewers, please comment some questions and maybe even leave some kudos if you'd like! I am eager to respond to every single person who comments a question on this here entry.
Be warned though, comments for this QNA will be DISABLED at EXACTLY 2/22/26, so if you have a question you weren't able to leave here, fret not, there will be another QNA after I release more GummiLois fanfiction.

Funny story actually! Literally! I decided to make a joke fic about the two and found it so incredibly funny I then made another and then it kind of spiraled into what it is today. I did! I will admit it's quality is mediocre at best and there are a lot of things I could've done better, but, I believe it's message is clear; Lois and Gummigoo are forbidden from loving each other.

what specifically makes you like the dynamic between the two? or is it just amusing?
Great question! It's a mixture of both.
I imagine their dynamic as a "I help you, you help me" relationship where they both take solace in one another in order to escape how suffocating their current situations are, but, eventually, their bond grows into something more romantic over time. With Gummigoo, his existential crisis surrounding him being a mere NPC would definitely make him want to seek support and consolation from anybody who would be willing to listen to his pain. Lois loves her family but the amount of things she has to do around the house and for her kids since Peter is horribly incompetent would 100% make her exhausted and burnt out. Lois has also been shown numerous times to make terrible decisions, the consequences of which she doesn't seem to take into consideration before she acts, thus, I find it in character for her to desperately try to find an escape from her tiresome duties as a full-time housewife in both healthy and unhealthy ways, like for instance, cheating on her Peter with Gummigoo. (There are many other reasons as to why I believe she would bask in infidelity, but these are the main ones)
The reason why I like this dynamic is that it's, at first, destructive; Lois doesn't take into consideration the consequences of meeting Gummigoo with the sole purpose of staving off the emptiness left within her soul by seemingly endless house chores and constant caretaking with no help from her husband (she also only likes her idea of Gummigoo, not who he really is and vice-versa). Gummigoo doesn't understand Lois isn't a good support to seek security from in his time of need due to how she sees him and instead pursues her in hopes she make all of his worries vanish. They so hungrily chase a warmth their lives have failed to provide them that they have this idea that the other can be that warmth.
But, in time, their relationship blossoms into a love purer than Lois's two decade long marriage once they compare their current lives with a hypothetical one where they genuinely love each other and both decide the latter would provide them the best life they could ever live given their circumstances. They will of course, have to actually commit to one another (scary) and talk about what troubles them in their lives and try to work through it together one problem at a time while also facing many enemies who seek to dismantle their love.

Yay thanks for the reply! I appreciate you taking the time to answer. This is a genuinely really cool and amusing project (not sure what to call it lol) The dynamic you explained is pretty cool and interesting. Ill definitely be keeping up with this.
