It's my first time trying doing like this, writting about my life in a blog such as this.
I have been struggling with mental health most of my Life, and so I have been going to therapy and psychiatry.
My therapist recommended me to start trying new things, more social activities and interactions with people. Focusing on expressing more of myself.
I will try to be very active and post things about my life, so I can get those feelings and thoughts out of my mind, It's really bad to don't express yourself and keeping things for a loong time, at some point you might feel emotionally numb and empty just as I am..
I remember How I saw blogs and forums like this one on the internet, and getting excited about posting at some point, Now I'm doing it, and it feels great, I haven't felt this feeling a long time ago.
