Growing up as a Woman

As I've gotten older, I've realized how weird the world is for us, especially young women. We are forced to grow up so quickly and then be told, "Girls naturally mature faster than boys." I had always thought that was an actual scientific fact, but no, they just don't go through the same things as us. Such as being constantly bullied for your weight and forced to take diet pills before even hitting puberty, having the eyes of creepy old men leering at you, and almost every show/movie having naked women in it to please male viewers. I know how this post comes off, but it's not to shame or feel hate towards men. We all have our own problems in this society. This post is for the girls who think they are too sensitive or overdramatic for acknowledging these things. Also, for teen girls to not feel pressured to look a certain way; some are even comparing themselves to OnlyFans models, which absolutely breaks my heart.
