Location issue

I've been trying to contact support for weeks with no reply so I'm asking here: whenever I try to log into SpaceHey on my laptop with my home Wi-Fi, it gives me a location block claiming that I cannot access the website in Virginia, USA. I, however, do not live near Virginia, USA at all. I can access the site just fine on my phone with data and my laptop with public Wi-Fi. 

Does anyone know how to fix this, and could please tell me how? Thank you.
