- Maintain hierarchy and fundamental society values 

- Read the Bible or idk the values or constitution of your community

and this will only create moments of emotional and spiritual growth, but now it will get better:

- Take Cold Showers

- Start a diet

- Go do Exercise or focus on a craft labor

- Start a Family

- Accumulate a lot of natural resources
