Ahh astral projection Scary

Okay so I was just chilling doing what I think could be described as astral projection and I was just looking around the room and I was trying to see if I could see my viewpoint? Anyways I thought I could kinda maybe see something but I also kinda noticed something else strange not quite where I ‘was’, then after I ‘looked’ away, I SAW A BIG ASS MF IDEK. All I know is that whatever I saw did NOT have good energy —— Idkkkk if that was like a negative spirit?? Or something that didn’t like what I was doing???? I don’t know it definitely scared tf out of me
