dilemma

so...today i went out with three of my friends across the water and we hung out all day and when i got home i went to a birthday party, but a couple hours ago i get a message from one of those friends that our friends went out without us and didn't even ask if we wanted to come or if we were busy. i thought at first that my friend was overthinking it, but the more i thought about it...the more sad i became. did they just not care enough to even think of us? they posted their adventures to our group message so we could see it. i honestly figure they didn't even think about it before they went, but that might hurt more because that means that my best friends...didn't even think about me at all. i don't know, maybe i am just overthinking everything, what does everyone else think? any solutions? i have been hurt so many times by 'friends', but i still love everyone...help.
