feels as if i missed out :((((((

i don't know if this sounds weird, every time i see media from 70s-00s or books, stories, shows, and etcetera that takes place during that time period, i get envious. like to the point to where i may cry. seriously. like especially seeing some of my favorite artists having very extravagant performances during a time when i wasn't even thought of yet (lol). like i should've been there??!?!?!!? it's so bad that every time i listen to music from the 70s-00s (typically the 00s), i start getting sad because if only i was born in the 1970s, i would've had a job and enough money to see britney spears and destiny's child perform :((((((((((((((. to be there when britney released her 'blackout' album... to be there when beyonce kicked off her solo debut with 'dangerously in love'...  to be there when other music legends were still here... simply just to be there to witness pop culture history.... and DON'T get me started on the fashion. they was really having a ball back then.... and i wasn't there.. 

my mom doesn't realize just how lucky she is to be there and have an awesome time, drink awesome shooters, listen to awesome music, and sit around and soak up all of that awesomeness. and then brags it in her envious daughter's face now-in-days???? 

consuming all of that media is really getting to me lmao!!
