this isn't much this is, granted, a pet peeve of mines where people overuse the terms "trauma" or "traumatized" whenever they use it in a context of viewing something they didn't enjoy seeing.
to give you a popular idea, the premise of looking up "tv" in tiktok search
whenever it was brought up in comment sections people blabber about "DO NOT LOOK UP TV IT TRAUMATIZED ME" then there's tiktok influencers who impulse it further by utilizing their words in their comical way of speaking, which ultimately influences people to use it in the same manner
last time i checked, traumatized = negatively afflicted mentally by a severe impactful event that scarred you permanently (or for a very long time atleast)
so why are we throwing it around because you saw the succession of words "do not look this up" you looked it up and now overuse the term so badly people simply get desensitized to seeing an impactful word like that
but that's just me

Technically speaking there are different levels of trauma and some aren't as intense buuuut when people genuinely overuse the word it kinda reminds me of when people would throw the word triggered around for fun, which made it sound like a joke anytime someone would talk about an actual ptsd trigger :/
