I HATE THERAPY

Cried for the first time in therapy last week. I cried out of anger. What the hell man.

No but like therapy is so weird, what do you mean I have to talk about my feelings and the most sensitive parts of my life to feel better????????? FYM I ACTUALLY HAVE PTSD??????? It doesn't feel real. Anyway enough of my yapping, have a good day to whoever is reading this.
