thinking I guess?

I live in a rural area and my neighbors have been getting windmills and my family's land hasn't for some reason even though we do want them they said no to us and I never truly realized that the land wasn't one. I always thought of it as just a huge plain with cows, fences, and power lines. Now that the windmills have been put on my neighbors' land I felt surrounded by them and I do think they're good to have but it feels so weird having my surroundings being changed around me. 

I wonder if this is how animals feel when we move and build houses where they live.
