changing interests and links design, help please!!

Hi, I'm having trouble with changing the pictures in the "interests" and "links" boxes, as well as the font colour of the subcategories of "interests". I tried multiple codes but most of them also change the "contacts" box or only manage to change both boxes to the same picture. I would appreciate if anyone would share their functional code! Thanks :)
