Playing NosTale again

Some may be shocked to learn my listed alias here is not my actual IRL name. Even more shocking - that alias is a long standing artifact of my utter misunderstanding of computers, internet and videogames from when I was less thjan 10 years old. And it originates in that game. Specifically two adjecent locations. It's a Korean MMO and as such I can't legitimately feel that good about recommending you play it, at least not unless I make my own custom emulated server for it, which is a thing people do, but I amstill enamored by a lot of it, and I can't help being glad to see new content every time I come back now, after some 10 years of basically nothing noteworthy. That said, they disrupted the 3-class balance before and now they added dieselpunk mechs to my light fantasy game. And a multiversal plot. I thought them adding jeeps circa 2012 or so was bad. But hey, I got me my first class specialisation ever, spent money on the damned thing again to get that flying carped I wanted since childhood on a discount (only to find it both slightly slower and much more more annoying-sounding than my pre-existing mount). Not to mention they changed the title screen track from my beloved Port Alveus music to something a lot more generic IMO. The obtuse mechanics are begining to form a grander hole in MY head and so I think I personally get to enjoy it a lot more now. As for you. If you read my old blogs you may find it's old website on the internet Archive, which I still consider to be THE peak of website designs. Don't get to excited toho, if my previous sentiments towards the recent additions haven't made it obvious, that artstyle is dead, and they seem to have largely abandoned the chibi-ness of it, to some extent even in game, thoug it's more visible out of it and if I'm to be real here, it was never that consistent, but it didn't mix the styles nearly this much either. I might do something wioth that at some point but idk when.
