i honestly dont understand the incentive to add people to increase your friend's count, is it just for a quick dopamine rush that you have INCREASED ONE NEW FRIEND AMONGST THE 500 IN YOUR FRIENDS LIST WOWW!!Β or is there an actual reason behind it
Β maybe it's because im new on this website, but i really just never understand adding someone then never interacting with them at all. is the word "friends" on this website just meaningless or something?
if i get added i would be expecting some normal human interaction first at least, not some pointless friends request out of the blue.

Tbh i do it, because i feel like we have stuff in common and then just hope that they write bulletins from time to time like me. Otherwise i sometimes just hope they message me, but alas i know noone on this site even messages people anymore
