Do you see shadowy looking people too?

I don't know if it's my mind playing tricks on me, but in my peripheral vision I keep seeing the shapes of people, shadowy looking people to be exact. I only see them in my house. Sometimes I hear things from them, blurbs of conversations. Once, I heard a woman talking about ice tea or ice cubes or maybe just ice (It was winter when this happened and it was icy out so maybe that), I think she was talking to her friend since I felt two presences with me in the room. In another instance, I hung my scarf in my room and left. When I came back I had turned the lights off so it was very dark, I saw a shadow playing with my scarf and turned my room light on. The shadow was gone. My scarf was on the floor. I didn't sleep well that night. Another time when I was much younger, I was trying to sleep but I just could not. Something was keeping me up, and then I heard it. I don't know if there are the words to describe its voice. Dark and deep, raspy or demonic? I heard it come from under my bed, which is funny because I heard it say, "I'm under your bed [name]". Interesting, because I already felt like there was something under my bed. Well, that's the end of this rant. Let me hear what you guys have to say in the comments, or not.
