met with my doctor for the first time in awhile, we decided to up my medication. also gonna be seeing a therapist soon. it was the first time id ever been truthful in a doctors appt. very odd.

ended up picking up food for a friend only for them to still be serving breakfast, so i just got them a large sweet tea. we also ended up going to their house after class and are actively! hanging out. theyre playing a scary game while i write this.

my mom has been sort of weird since coming home, i cried a lot last night. not excited to be living with a baby :thumbs_down: i feel bad though. i always feel bad, about everything. like guilty. guilty about existing. idk
