I hate people who don't tell you what's wrong

Have you ever had a friend who wanted to end a friendship with you but they doesn't tell you directly, they just do it in a really weird way? I mean.. If you don't wanna be my friend just tell me, I don't eat people if they don't. In my own experience my friend started ignoring me very very suddenly. I got really confused because she used to be so attached to me and my friendgroup. Suddenly and my own friendgroup started ignoring me. Then from another friend I find out that they got offended because I didn't like the film in the cinema for our friend's birthday and that's why they got offended. I apologised, because I thought they would forgive me since it isn't that deep. Then a few days later the same friend told me that she doesn't want to be my friend anymore because of that. It wasn't even her birthday it was another friend's birthday! It doesn't make sense... And it hurt more because she didn't told me directly at first. I think that this wasn't the reason and I think my friends told her something behind my back and she just gets really easily manipulated by them. If what I think is true then I don't blame her, I blame them. If it isn't this it is that they just got bored of me and they wanted to kick me out and make up a lie but that lie isn't believable anyway.
